What is the difference between Business Nexus and Synthax?
The Business Nexus platform is the governed AI team — the agents, the checks on what they do, the data surface (each Business Nexus is designed to get its own database and secrets vault), and messaging. Synthax is the autonomous business agent on top: the CEO agent the founder/board can steer. Synthax bills separately and requires the platform license.
What does the platform license include?
Eight governed agents (Praxis plus Argus, Mentor, Herald, Atlas, Bastion, Darwin, and Quill), the governance checks, work that Praxis plans and checks, a shared view of your business data (each Business Nexus is designed to get its own database and secrets vault), and messaging — with 1M agent tokens, 1 database, and 1 seat included monthly.
What does Synthax include?
The Synthax CEO agent (objectives, strategy, opportunity framing), the board/founder steering surface, Synthax-driven Praxis delegation, and the Synthax opportunity loop — with 10M tokens included monthly. Databases he requests provision at the per-database rates.
How is agent usage beyond the included quota billed?
Per million tokens, at the provider's own list rates. Current rates for the default agent model are shown in the pricing cards above, and other models are billed at their own list rates.
